Who this is for
Groups that already have retention numbers — or a prior Service Canvashub brief — and need the room to agree on owners, sequencing, and what not to touch this quarter.
What happens in the room
We open with a shared reading of the curves, then walk cancel language and billing moments. The afternoon closes with a ranked experiment board and named owners. Guests leave with a photographed board and a typed summary within three business days.
Capacity
Up to eight participants. Larger groups can be split across two sessions by quote.
